Mark was a Reiki 'virgin' and had no idea what to expect. Being a busy person mentally and in the real world Mark wanted help to become 'balanced & centered'. During the Reiki he saw a 'soft and round light, yellowish in colour and radiating'. After his session he felt 'lite, chilled, happy and energized (in a good way- that is, distinct from his usual buzzing mind).
Mark L suffers from a bad neck as a result of two simultaneous events. Receiving physio, Mark also wanted to try Reiki . He has had two previous sessions before and found it beneficial in relaxing and getting rid of a headache. During this session Mark said he saw many vibrant colours, a pale yellow sky with pale blue. He also visualized brightly coloured tropical birds while receiving Reiki on his front, and then saw colourful tropical fish when receiving Reiki on his back. He found the experience 'very relaxing'...and even though he said his neck was not as sore as 'before' he could not say this was the direct result of the Reiki due to the physio work he received the day before. Reiki is a great compliment to physio, osteo and chiropractic work...not only will it assist in the healing process, but also encourage relaxation and a brief escape from the stress of a modern life. |
